New Insurance Master Policy

The board has approved a bid to change insurance companies and add earthquake insurance to the master policy. The association will be insured through CAU (Community Association Underwriters of America, Inc.) by the end of the week. If you need proof of earthquake insurance on the master policy in order to add it to your personal homeowner's insurance, please email Cynthia Zink, czink@uminc.net.

Earthquake Insurance

The board will be reviewing bids for earthquake insurance and selecting the bid that is most appropriate for our property. This earthquake insurance covers from the walls out and not the inside of your unit. Once earthquake insurance has been added to the master policy you will be eligible to add earthquake insurance to your personal homeowner's policy by contacting your insurance agent.
